Oh Long Hair, I Miss You..(Day 14?)

Long Hair, I miss you. But what I miss most, is having a Full Head of Hair...

I did love the short time in the Summer of 2007, of this hair style.

The Fun and Sassy-ness of bangs to accent my hair.

Curling the locks just for the heck of it.. Ha, or a school photo.

I miss putting accessories in you.

I miss braiding you in pigtails.

I miss your length (Sophmore Year 2005)

I miss the simpleness of putting you in a ponytail.. Ps I think my hair ties miss you.

But hey I guess your growing along nicely now.

Day 11, I think.. Oh Yes I'd love to get normal sleep..

I don't know if I have mentioned before in blog. But my sleep is completely off it's like I should be in Hawaii so I could catch up on "normal" time.. haha. Who wouldn't want to be on island time, this girl that's for sure.

Well anyway, I can't sleep normal with this new plate. I don't know if it's because I'm a right sided sleeper and now I'm getting used to my left side. Then when I do try to cheat my left side I'm so afraid I will bump it again, that I just have a hard time staying still to sleep. Long story short I've become a restless sleeper, which means I'm not getting enough sleep at night and during the day I've become so tired that I take a nap, because I'm so tired that makes me just fall asleep. Which just starts the cycle all over again.

Day 9 and a little bit of life

Had a great day with a friend of mine, at the Cheesecake Factory! It was so fun to get pretty and get ready for the day to have girl chat, medical issues aside. Just to put on a cute hat and dangily earings and a bit of make-up, it was the first time in awhile that I've felt like a girly girl.

I should say I've only gone to one place outside of the house without a hat on, yes I do have a little issue about my hair growing back and people seeing me with without my normal hair, the hat just keeps me more confident and lack of questions asked, not that I don't mind the questions just make life less complicated.

I had a woman about two weeks ago, while my mom and I went to Michael's to get me out of the house to release some cabin fever and to get crafty while I'm home. Well anyway while we were there my mom ran into a friend and she wasn't as concerned about me, but this woman who had been standing next to me over heard a little bit of my story and could tell something had happened, Nicely questioned me about this surgery I had.

(I should mention I had on a really cute puffy hat on to remain away from the scar)

I had told her about the 3 year battle with the doctor and finally our prayers were answered when they had discovered the bone mass in surgery, and she started crying. One of the first questions she asked did it all come out, benign. (And just to clarify there were never any signs of cancer or brain tumors in my skull, nor were ever worried about it.) She had just mention what a great attitude I had about life, and knew I had a great foundation in Christ. My mom introduced herself and in both their eyes, had started tearing up. This woman without knowing me hugged me and said that she would be praying for me. It was like she was an angel, just reminding me God is all around me.

Thank you everyone once again for your constant prayers and encouragement along the way, it has meant the world to me.

Day 8 I know it's once again a little Late..

I know it's been a few days. Life has been a bit crazy and hectic, and has lagged on my blogging skills. I will follow up on a few things. One I have amazing couple of friends that are always there to cheer things up when you are feeling down.

I should have better pictures to post tomorrow, Lunch with a friend at The Cheese Cake Factory...

Day 4

Stitches removed, this is a really happy girl..

Despite the lack of sleep. Oh just a bit of information to make some of my friends laugh. So when I woke up this morning. I was brushing what is left of my hair in the mirror, and then I said aloud. "Oh man I look like Justin Bieber." Then my dad said, "Oh who? Justin Bieber, haha yeah you kinda do..."

That was the start of my morning and then when we went to get my stitches out, and my mother and I told my doctor about my hair. The doctor recommended for fun (I should mention I have a female doctor) that I should have fun with it and comb it over in some areas, and then we went on to say we did that, and discovered that I looked like Justin Bieber.

She laughed with a big smile, and I knew right then that was going to be the highlight of her week.

Stitches Removed, Makes this a really happy girl.

Day 3 on Time!

I should say I could tell by feeling on my head, Today after a shower my mom was over looking at my stitches she could tell that my hair was growing pretty quickly.. The hair is laying over naturally, which is pretty exciting. Oh btw, my hair dries so quickly now and it literally dries styled like this.

I've never been more excited to know that my Hair is growing?

Is it just me or does my nose look huge?

Day 2 A Little Late!

Sorry to put this blog up late, It's like I'm in school and was procrastinating by watching my favorite past time Youtube videos... SO... Here it is an hour later I've Just posted one picture for today...
I've been in more pain lately and my dad somehow convinced me to brave walmart tonight.. Let's just say I came home with a headache..
